The property is 3300m² and walled and consists of the main house, a converted cider barn, 2 garages, (individual and stone) a lavoir, a well and at the bottom of the garden a very large barn - in excellent condition and ready to be converted. Everything is built in the local stone. There is a wood shed and an above ground cave. There is a heated swimming pool with decking as well and an outdoor WC and shower.
The house was built in the 1800s. There is a large entrance that leads to the main house on the right and to the converted barn to the left but they are both linked. They can also be separated as the barn has its own entrance as well.

The main house :
on the ground floor there is a south facing large living room with fireplace and a dining room also with fireplace. An east facing fitted kitchen looks onto the garden. There is a WC and shower.
On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, a large landing where we have chairs and bookshelves, and a WC with shower.

In the converted cider barn:
on the ground floor there is a very a large office (40m²) and a `back kitchen/laundry room`. Here there`s a back door into the garden (where there are also dog kennels and an enclosed run here of 100m²)
On the first floor there is a large room with an A-window that fills the whole of the end of the room overlooking the gardens. This is North-facing and would make a fantastic studio,/work-room for someone. There is also a large bedroom/room on this floor.

The garden:
The garden is walled, as mentioned before, and it has apple and pear trees of different varieties planted on espalier. There is also a peach tree, a plum tree and an apricot tree. The East wall at the bottom of the garden has a prolific vine as does one of the garages, both giving a lot of desert grapes. There is also a kiwi vine, a cherry tree and a quince. Most of the garden is lawn.

The pool:
The pool is semi-interred, 70cm rest above ground. This allows for extra security where young children are concerned but it also is a way of avoiding an extra tax. In France, a sunken pool is taxed. It is considered to be an extension of your property.

The second barn:
This barn is 90m² and already has a concrete floor, electricity and water. There is a lean-to to the side of it which is where we store our tractor – which gives a good idea of its size. The lean-to could be used in a barn conversion to create a lovely second house. There is also a chimney (the fireplace was removed by the previous owner).

There are two large entrance gates; the main one works with a remote control.

There is an electronic security system in the house.
